What to say when you talk to yourself... A book cover that jumped out to me when sorting through some donated books for a charity sale. When i need some self pep-talk, I talk to myself in third person, 'Come on RJ!', which is what my dad calls me. I think my internal monologue is embedded as motivating through my Dad uplifting me and pushing me forwards which is really sweet.
